Automated Lubrication System's quickly increase productivity, increase profits & return your investment.
The increasing maximum output production methods necessary to succeed in a world competitive marketplace are pushing machine capabilities to greater and greater productivity.
Equipment failures due to inadequate lubrication of moving parts, especially bearings and slides result in costly repairs. Even more importantly, by shutting down production, they decrease your profits.
Many profit-minded companies are quick to realise that Automated Lubrication System's that automatically lubricate all the lubrication points on the machine - at prescribed regular intervals - without stopping the machine - is a wise investment.
Lincoln Quicklub Lubrication Systems
|
The Lincoln Quicklub System is a positive displacement progressive lubrication system, designed as a relatively inexpensive and easy method of single point lubrication. The Lincoln Quicklub System can be designed so that there is one easily accessible lube point for manual lubrication. Mechanical or electric pump lubrication Systems can be added at any time to convert it from a single point manual centralised system, to a fully automated lubrication system. |

| Lincoln Modular Lube Systems
The Lincoln Modular Lube system is an low cost progressive system that lubricates multiple points in series. Due to its design, Modular Lube systems can be easily modified without disturbing the existing lube piping to readily change the volume of grease to specific points.

| Lincoln Dual Line Lubrication Systems
The Lincoln Dual Line Lubrication system is a parrallel, two line system with a positive divider valve operation which is grease or electrically actuated. Designed to be run effectively and economically applied where long pipe runs are required. The high pressure capabilities of this system, allow smaller pipe sizes to be utilised over longer distances. This results in lower installation costs and slower lubrication flow rates, with cycle times taking up to an hour to complete. Dual line is ideal for very large systems or where high lubricant entry resistance is experienced.

Lincoln Multiline Systems
|
Using a Multiline lubrication system, the lubrication can be carried out either direct from a Lincoln Multiline pump, or via progressive divider blocks. The 205 and 215 generate high pressures therefore can be used over long runs and small pipe size. The models 203, 301, 311 and 321 can be used on mobile and fixed plant using progressive blocks. |

 Lincoln Centromatic Lubrication Systems
Centromatic Lubrication system is a single line parallel system that has been specifically designed to lubricate multiple bearing points simultaneously through the use of injectors. These injectors are so designed that the volume of lubricant to each point can be adjusted as per the bearings requirements. For A fully integrated system, the lincoln centromatic systems can be connected to a Lincoln System Sentry, the lube system can have full monitoring and alarms at each lube point.
